Email us at [email protected]

A single address covers everything: [email protected]. It is watched by Dominic Clarke and the editorial team, not a shared helpdesk queue. We aim to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, UK hours). Notes that arrive late Friday will usually get an answer by Tuesday. Privacy requests are dealt with inside the 30-day GDPR window.

If you want a quicker reply, please include the exact URL of the page you are writing about and, where relevant, a screenshot or the specific sentence you are challenging.

What we are happy to help with

  • Corrections and updates. Point out anything on the site that no longer lines up with what an operator is actually offering and we will retest the claim and refresh the page.
  • Story tips and player experience reports. A first-hand account of a KYC that dragged on for weeks, or a support agent who genuinely sorted a problem, feeds our retest queue and can move a casino up or down.
  • Operator submissions. Casinos are welcome to put themselves forward for review. The verdict comes out of our own testing, and neither a place on a list nor a specific score is for sale.
  • Press and media. Journalists and podcasters can reach Dominic at the same address; put "Press" in the subject line and we will route it accordingly.
  • Privacy and data-subject requests. Handled through the same inbox, see our Privacy Policy for the detail.

What we cannot help with

One boundary worth being clear on: CasinoClaude.work reviews casinos from the outside. We are not an operator, we do not hold player accounts, we never touch player funds, and we cannot step into a dispute between a player and a casino. Locked accounts, forgotten passwords and stuck withdrawals need to be taken to the casino's own support team first.

We do not resolve casino disputes, here is where to go

If an operator has refused to sort out a legitimate grievance, the right next step is the regulator that issued its licence, not us. Use the live public register of the relevant authority to confirm the licence and file a complaint: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), depending on where the operator is licensed. That is the proper channel and it is the one operators are legally obliged to answer.

If gambling itself has started to weigh on you or on someone close to you, please have a look at our Responsible Gambling page. It lists free, confidential support services in every country we cover. Adults 18 and over only.
